# 12-Week Brotherhood Cohort

Accountability And Brotherhood Training

Small group boxing and strength training built on mutual support and personal growth.

A structured 12-week journey where you train alongside the same crew every session, building real accountability and genuine brotherhood.
A More Personal Way to Transform Your Strength and Character
This isn't a drop-in class where you show up, work out, and disappear. Over 12 weeks, you'll train with the same small group three times a week, which means you'll know exactly who's counting on you to show up and who you're counting on. The consistency builds trust, and the trust builds accountability that actually sticks. You'll box, you'll condition, you'll push hard, but you'll do it alongside men who are on the same journey.
Each session combines technical boxing work with strength and conditioning, but the real magic is in the structure. We track progress together, we celebrate wins together, and we hold each other to the standard we've set. By week four, you'll notice the physical changes. By week eight, you'll feel the shift in how you show up for yourself and others. By week twelve, you'll have built something that doesn't end when the program does.

How It Works
Intake and Crew Building: We assess where you're starting, talk about your goals, and match you with a cohort of men aligned on commitment and growth.Weekly Training and Tracking: You show up three times a week for boxing, strength, and conditioning work, with progress tracked and shared among your crew.Accountability Check-ins: Every two weeks, your crew gathers to talk about wins, challenges, and how you're showing up both in and out of the gym.

## About

I'm a boxing coach and mindset mentor dedicated to helping men become stronger versions of themselves through discipline, purpose, and intentional training. I believe real strength isn't about dominance—it's about mastering your mind, protecting your peace, and building the character to move through life with both power and calm. Through early morning training, accountability partnerships, and honest conversations about what it means to be a man today, I guide people from distraction to discipline, from reaction to response, from chaos to clarity. My mission is simple: empower men to train hard, think clearly, and live with intention.

## FAQ

### What can a coach help me with?

A coach works with you to identify your goals, build better habits, and develop the mindset and discipline needed to achieve lasting change. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, develop leadership skills, or transform your approach to life, coaching provides structure, accountability, and guidance tailored to your needs.

### How is coaching different from just training on my own?

Coaching goes beyond physical training by addressing the mental and emotional aspects of growth. A coach helps you stay accountable, pushes you past your limits, teaches you proper technique and form, and most importantly, helps you build the internal discipline and mindset that leads to real transformation. You're not alone in the process.

### Do I need to have experience before working with a coach?

Not at all. Coaches work with people at every level, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. A good coach meets you where you are and creates a path forward that matches your current abilities and goals. Starting with a coach often means you build better foundations from the beginning.

### How does coaching help with mindset and personal growth?

Coaching addresses the mental barriers that hold people back from their potential. Through consistent work, reflection, and guidance, you learn to master your thoughts, build confidence, overcome self-doubt, and develop the resilience needed to handle challenges. Real growth happens when your mind is trained as much as your body.

### What should I expect from the coaching relationship?

Expect honesty, support, and high standards. A coach believes in your potential and will challenge you to step beyond your comfort zone while providing the tools and encouragement you need to succeed. The relationship is built on trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to your growth and success.
